The Student Ministry at Golden Springs Baptist Church exists to partner with parents in teaching students grades 7-12 about Jesus and how to look more like Him. Our goal is to teach the Gospel to students, help them grow to look more like Jesus, and send them to college, the military, or the workforce as missionaries for Jesus.

**Student Sunday Small groups are at 10:30 am, following the 9:15am worship service**

(Student Discipleship)

Our Life Groups are designed to be an exciting program that will raise the standard for student discipleship.  Students will be challenged to grow in their daily walk with Christ while helping one another stay accountable.  Life groups meet mostly on Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 6:45pm.  Although some Life Groups meet at other times and places.
Life Groups are designed to be an opportunity for our students to grow closer to Christ in community with other believers. Each life group has a personality of its own. Some are very structured and others are more flexible. Our prayer is that through Life Groups our students not only grow closer to Christ, but also grow to love one another and find areas that they can serve the church together.

Sunday Night Live
Sunday 5:00pm to 7:00pm

Sunday Night Live (SNL) is a fun time of food, fellowship, games, worship, and Bible study each Sunday night from 5:00-7:00 pm in the CAC. It is designed to give our students an exciting event each week that we hope is conducive to invite their friends to. With the combination of food, games, worship, and Bible study, we hope SNL can be an outreach opportunity to our students’ friends so that they feel welcome at Golden Springs and will want to come back.
Our adult volunteers and food team serve food each week at SNL starting at 5:00 pm. At 5:30 pm, we have a time of fun and activities to get the kids engaged and interacting with one another. At 6:00, our service starts with a host, a weekly news show, worship, and Bible study led by Heath. The last few minutes is dedicated to small group time, where the students discuss how to apply that week’s lesson to their lives. SNL is designed to be fun, but also to challenge our students spiritually and give them the opportunity to encounter God in each week in worship.
